Here it is, the long awaited release from the Lisbon-based Discotexas collective. The three tracks by Moullinex, Xinobi & Rockets have been dying to be released for a long, long time, and all along these three artists have been praised by the likes of Kris Menace, Arthur Baker, Peter Kruder, Aeroplane, A-Trak, Armand Van Helden, Cut Copy, Van She, (late) DJ AM, Tommie Sunshine, Patrick Alavi, among many others.
With Moullinex (yes, the double L is not a typo) recent signing to Gomma for a full length, Xinobi's 'Day Off' 12" being released on Work It Baby , and Rockets' coming debut 12" in RoXour, this is gonna be an awesome 2010, and what better way to celebrate it than releasing these pure, unadulterated house beasts? Each one a facet of this hard-to-tag but completely addictive music.
