That time of year has [bad word] to an end
I find myself sitting back at this desk again
In a place that I hate
Oh boy when's my life gonna change?
Familiar faces gathering all around
From every nook and cranny in this small town
So I sit and I wait
For Cheerilee to start her lessons again...

These thoughts inside my head are contemplation
Yet they're not enough to curb my [bad word] 
These lessons are surely my demise
Can't you see the boredom in my eyes?
This isn't fun it's prolonged agony
Lasting for an eternity

Now tell me ponies what do you see?
Oh I know miss Cheerilee!
I could care less I just want to get out
Lie on my back and stare at the clouds
Spread my wings and try to fly or ride my scooter around and see the sights
But this place that I'm in
Is forcing me to hear these lessons again

This place is gonna drive me crazy
My vision is blurred I'm getting kind of sleepy
For everypony it is just a dream
But for me it's more than what it seems
The time spent trying to get out of this place
Is enough to drive anypony insane
These lessons again?
When is it going to end?
