Shambala and the human civilization
Shambala is the only repository of pure knowledge and the source of enormous power on Earth. However, despite having enormous potential, it never actively interferes in people’s affairs, so as not to violate the human freedom of choice given by God, unless such interference is needed for something globally important for humanity or Shambala itself. 
If necessary, its [bad word] decides on its own with whom they need to make contact. An indispensable condition for such a contact is the superior moral principles and the purity of intentions of the people seeking Shambala. It is only when such qualities are present that a person can obtain the knowledge he is interested in.
All the [bad word] have known about the existence of Shambala. Many of them, including Alexander the Great, Napoleon, Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin, made attempts to find it in order to gain power over the world. 
Nonetheless, Shambala itself has never given anyone the opportunity to conquer the whole world. It balances the opposing forces. And if a person, while at the peak of his tremendous power, ever tried to fulfil his dream of domination over the world, he simply ceased to exist.
