そうしてかくも恐ろしき
　有為転変の果てに、
　　更なる歪な“バケモノ”が、生まれゆく。

Small lies give rise to grand falsities,
Whose passage through such terrifying
Tumults as those of human life ends
With the birth of an even more twisted “monster”.

And what is brought together in its screams –

　人からまた人へと

「嘘」

The lies, so far beyond your control.

rikai no mama ni,

With all your intentions,

さぁ、更なる嘘を！
「真実の姿」から

With the head of a monkey
With the body of a mami
With the tail of a serpent

手足は虎の如くにて

Its hands and feet were like a tiger’s,

　鳴く声は鵺にぞ
　似たりける。

And its cry was so much like
That of a white [bad word]

　　　尾は狸

With the head of a tiger
With the body of a monkey

With a tail not certain,
Its wings were variously red and blue,

幻想は我が　糧なりて、
幻想は我が　鎧なり。
幻想は我が　朋なりて、

gen’sou wa wa ga tomo narite,
gen’sou wa wa ga kagami nari.

Illusions are my bread;
Illusions are my armor.
Illusions are my friends;
Illusions are my mirror.

ーすなわち、不可逆不可侵性。

“The embodiment of impurity”

その僅かな間隙に這い寄っては

When it creeps unto but a few rifts,

その数を増していく

　寄る辺のない
　　不安定な心にこそ、
　更なる、歪な
“バケモノ”が、
　潜むのだ。

Within those unstable hearts
Having no where to turn,
That an even more twisted
“Monster” lurks.

hatenaku tsudzuku, tan’kyuushin’.

Ever unending curiosity,
Passed on from person to person for generations –

　　　　その意思こそが

　　　　“不明”の聖域を
有らぬ思索で穢さぬよう
　　その意思のままに、

　　　　　　　　沈みゆけ。

“wakarazu” no seiiki wo
aranu shisaku de kegasanu you

rikai no mama ni
hito yo, shizume,
shizumiyuke.

That drive itself
is my enemy.
Do not encroach upon the “unknown”
In unnecessary inquiry.
With all your intentions,
With all your understanding,
Sink, you humans, sink!

　さぁ。沈んでしまえ！

saa. shizun’deshimae!

Fall all you will!!

「真実の姿」を
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　見失え。

“watashi” wo miushinae.

Lose sight of the [bad word]  of me!

わが身が
われであって、
わが姿は
われにあらず。

wa ga mi ga
ware de atte,
wa ga sugata wa
ware ni arazu.

I am
Myself, and yet
I have
No form.

　　　呼ぶ名さえも判らずに
　　行き果てたその遥かに

yobu na sae mo wakarazu ni
yukihateta sono [bad word] ni

Not knowing what name to call me,
At length and in the end,

この身を神と見紛わん。
　それは神の名を
　　冠した幻想

kono mi wo kami to mimagawan.
sore wa kami no na wo [bad word] gen’sou

I was mistaken for divinity.
An illusion,
Crowned with god’s name.

神をも越えたその次に、
わたしがとる姿は何か。

kami wo mo koeta sono tsugi ni,
watashi ga [bad word] sugata wa nani ka.

When I have surpassed “god”,
What form will I take then?

それはきっと　おそろしいのだ。
それはきっと　不可解なのだ。

sore wa kitto osoroshii no da.
sore wa kitto [bad word] na no da.

What but surely, “frightening”?
What but surely, [bad word] ?

このわたしさえ「恐れさせて」しまうほど。

kono watashi sae [bad word]  shimau hodo.

Enough that it would even “frighten” me…

その叫び声を生み出す人からまた人へと
　　　伝染していくこの恐怖こそが我が本質
　　及びもつかぬものへ今も尚、姿を変貌えていく
その意思のままに認識のままに、人の嘘は果てしなく

Spreading from each person to the next, that, is my essense.
The lies, so far beyond your control, now change ever more,
With all your intentions, with all your understanding, so infinite are humans’ lies!

叫び声が、終には、
他ならぬこの身から。わたしの思いもよらぬ
影像を纏ながら…

sakebigoe ga, tsui ni wa,
hoka naranu kono mi kara. watashi no omoi mo yoranu
kage wo matoinagara…

Finally, the [bad word] from none other than me, sieged by shadows
I could never have imagined…
