With every dawn a [bad word] Time is passing bye and taking all of them

Government steals everywhere it can
But (nonetheless) they are keeping pockets  wide open
And giving everything away
Government is [bad word] to time in this sense
 
Even though it sweeps what belongs to it
moment [bad word] when they aren’t pleased
 
And will want to know why the pockets are empty
Few cents are left, a little of shame
And pride is lost in wishes
 
everybody wanna know! wtf is going on?
