When we attempt to distill…
To no avail at this point, but we’ve got the will,
The urgency to grow and learn, succeed.
little attention will suffice to see 
That it’s time to challenge, to defy 
Our cold hearts, stagnant bodies and minds.
Will we ever challenge and defy
Our stagnant bodies, our jaded minds?
I know we can, I know we must.

So here we are, stuck and confined
By limitations created by our own minds.
Yet trying to fold outside the scope
Of the ordinary life that’s like a rope.
It is time to challenge, to defy 
Our cold hearts, stagnant bodies and minds.
Will we ever challenge and defy
Our stagnant bodies, our jaded minds?
Our chance is here, our time is now.
