fortitudo mittitur
ad salutem virginis
ex qua Christus oritur.

per te datur homini

Translation

From the celestial realm
strength is sent
for the health of the virgin
of whom Christ is born.
Hail, virgin of the Lord,
Thy Son’s daughter, through Thee
man is given the everlasting glory
of thy Son, whose name
is praised with all magnificence.
