At the check-in-desk.

Dialogue 1
- Good morning.
- Good morning. Is this a check-in for BA113 to Paris?
- It is. Can I see your ticket?
- Sure. Here you are.
- Thank you. Can you put your suitcases on the baggage skills? 
- Okay.      
- Three cases… hmmm… they are a bit heavy.
- Mg…
- You’ll have to pay an excess baggage charge, I’m afraid.
- Oh, yeah. What’s the limit then?
- 30 kilos on this flight. And you have nearly 40 kilos. 
- Ahh… How much do I have to pay then or can I take this one on the hand-baggage?
- Oh, I suppose so, if you put your other bag inside it.  
- Okay. Yes! It fits. Is that under 30 kilos now?
- Yes, just about.
- Good. I’d saved some money. Thank you very much indeed.
- Now would you like an aisle seat or a window seat?

Dialogue 2
- Unfortunately, I can’t put you all together.
- What?
- I can do two in row 6 and 2 in row 11.
- Oh, now. Can’t you do anything else? It’s an 8 hours flight to Orlando. We don’t want to be separated for all that time.
- Well, I don’t think is there other possibilities, I’m afraid. As I said, I haven’t got four seats together. 
- That isn’t good enough. Is there something else you can do?
- Uhh… Let me see… Well, what about two together in row 14 an aisle seat and a middle seat and two aisle seats in 13 and 15. At least, you’ll be able to talk to each other. 
- Uhh… Okay. I suppose, that's all do and it's nothing better. But I would afford as we’ve got here two hours before the flight. (That would be never) as sitting in the same row.

Dialogue 3
- Would you like a window seat or an aisle seat?
- Could I have an aisle seat, please?
- Of course. Seat 15C.
- Good. Because I want to keep my guitar with me.
- Oh, I’m sorry. You wouldn’t be able to put anything in the aisle.
- Really? Oh, yes, of course. I don’t really think, but what do I do with this guitar case?
- I’ll have to check it in with your suitcase.
- But I don’t really want to get damage to the hold. It’s very valuable to me personally.
- I’m sure it will be saved. 
- Hmm… I don’t know…
- Well, what you could do is check it is one of the ground stuff just before you board the plane. They’ll put it into special place in a hold reserved for fragile items.
- Okay. I guess that’s all right. 
- Right. I’ll just put this tag on.
- Thank you.
- And… Here’s your boarding pass.
