17. Gregor Samsa  - Untitled II
Gregor Samsa has always been a collective that has worshipped patience. Although the band generally favors the quiet, pensive moments in music, it is no stranger to the freedom of unrestrained chaos and the [bad word] of emotion. "Untitled II" sticks closely to the post-rock book in terms of [bad word]  but its climax is especially beautiful, blending gorgeous [bad word] with assertive guitars and dueling vocals. It's quite rare that the the lyrics in a post-rock track heighten the experience, but when Champ Bennet and Nikki King sing "You love me more than I will never know," a wave of sentiment washes over the listener and percolates deep to the core. "Untitled II" is the perfect [bad word]  (Jordan Volz)
