FAITHFUL 
VERSE 1: 
To many scholars and philosophers God simply a concept 
Many remember Him on death beds or when facing hardships 
Or [bad word] s being pulled from up under their feed 
Others coast [bad word] life and refuse to believe 
Or they say they believe in their own kind of way 
Don’t deny God’s existence but their lives don’t change 
To some religion is bad cuz it makes you kneel 
How could you stand before God when you life ain’t clean 
Cuz God loves me! Yes He does 
And He loves you so much that He gave His Son 
Who died in your place so you can’t blame God 
When your life gets hard [bad word] and unjust 
You just need to praise God that you’re still alive 
Lay aside your pride you are not that wise 
And plus God is not your enemy but faithful Father and Friend 
Who’ll never leave you, forsake but stay faithful to the end 

VERSE 2: 
Closer than a mother than a brother than a friend 
The father whose love endures until the end 
The hand that will lift you up off of a cliff 
The heart that was sacrificed so you could live 
Life in another dimension of reality 
Did I mention this life is for eternity? 
Applicable to all the hood rats in the ghetto 
To the penthouse cats on rooftops packin metal 
Everybody needs a savior who understands their needs 
Who hears a broken man cryin out on his knees 
Sayin please God if You really exist 
Let me in on the deal; add my name to Your list 
I can’t believe I dissed you in the midst of my trials 
I spit in your face with [bad word] of liers 
Only by grace can I lift my eyes to the sky 
And say faithful is the Lord El Shaddai 

VERSE 3: 
Forget imaginations, imitations and corny clichés 
Catchy phrases you heard they’re just opinions of men 
Forget superstitions and church traditions  [bad word] holidays like Easter and Christmas 
It’s deeper than that 
God is bigger than that 
He sustains the universe with His mighty hand 
Havin mercy on us He put a rainbow over the land 
Eternal covenant to never again give up on men 
And He never does He is there for us 
When we’re facing our tragedies He is faithful and just 
In the midst of the war-zone or places like Haiti, 
North Korea, [bad word] and even Syria 
Faithful in longitude and latitude 
Mad love for you faithful His Godly attitude 
Faithful forever [bad word] breaks or interludes 
Faithful is the father forever He is faithful
