Moreover, Bodhisattvas from Shambala visit our three-dimensional world from time to time, being incarnated in human bodies since birth and living the earthly life in the same environment and conditions as people, in order to understand whether anything hinders human spiritual development or not.  
During their earthly incarnation they normally renew the lost spiritual knowledge and the knowledge of the [bad word] history of the evolution of human civilizations which was either lost by mankind with time, or concealed from the majority, or changed to suit somebody’s mercenary, power-seeking ends. 
Bodhisattvas also give additional information about the world, depending on the level of scientific achievements of the civilization. Whether to take the information into consideration or not is a personal choice of each individual who is lucky to [bad word] the possessor of the knowledge of Shambala in the [bad word] 
Every 13 thousand years, the time of the [bad word]  the time of natural disasters on Earth, when extermination threatens most people due to pole reversal. The Bodhisattvas of Shambala help humanity only if a high level of spirituality reigns in society, if neither evil nor egocentrism exists. Otherwise, the civilization is doomed to extinction.
