Dying in the last breath of the imminent sunset, 
Giving transparent sign to a blood feast of crows, 
Burning heart of a soldier fades in ominous silence. 
He recalls a life, which did not give him a choice.

From the enemy side it brought the bulletstorm. 
Millions went to bloodbath. That is what they were born for. 
“It’s your duty. It’s righteous, inevitable war!” 

Attack! Horizon stained with blood. 
Kill! Shells are tearing young bodies apart. 
Destroy! This is order! Smash! More and more! 
Can people be taking part in this never ending war? 
This Eternal war? 

Millions died. Millions sacrificed themselves to achieve this. 
Shooting stopped. Guns removed. Fight is over for now. 
Flowers grew on the battlefield. But there will not be bliss. 
Millions have died in vain and there is nothing to proud. 

Factories hum meets the Dawn again. The respite was short-lived. 
Making of new machines of death does not end there. 
There is no time for a better life. Work hard or be conquered. 
Arms race is going on. There is no time for despair. 

Do not sleep. Every minute counts. Such are [bad word]  
Yester winners are rotting at decrepit machine tools. 
Hope melts, nothing will be the same as before. 
How much more will continue this pestilent war? 
This Eternal war? 

Internal fire flames up brighter and brighter. 
Once kindled, the heart will never go out. 
The streets are filled with more and more fighters. 
Everything mired in war, it is not in doubt. 

Every new day is new fight. 
War burns each from the inside. 
Peace must be fought for. 
Fight to live, live to fight, peace has no place in this war. 

Again and again horizon will stain with blood. 
Mutilated Earth will cool the fiery heart. 
Wind will whirl away restless souls. Heavens will mourn. 
Is there no way to end this [bad word] never ending war? 
This Eternal war?
